Hotel with good river view
Room size is not big, room decoration is quite outdated and needed for renovation, Breakfast buffet is quite good, with good variety of food choices. Hotel nearly with many restaurant, quite convenient. Book the room with river view if you get enough budget.

Quiet and comfortable
Stay here for 4-day business visit. Surprisingly quiet although the hotel is just in front of major road with heavy traffic. Good selection of breakfast items and room is decently sized.

5星级的酒店,不能接受有床蟎及木蝨,換房後仍然有同一問題,没法改善; 另外下雨天時, 中央冷氣有酸臭味( 懷疑 有管道有死老鼠), 店員在房噴空氣清新劑 ,一小時候後,酸臭味仍存在,最後在零晨時份換房, 臭酸味解決,但床蟎及木蝨問題仍然存在! 痛苦經歷!

The room is ok but they didn't refill the coffee and teabags for us .Swimming pool is extremely small and no sofas in the lobby,luckily this hotel has sauna and hot steam facilities

location is good but a little old hotel, my friend should rcvd a package , courier delivery on time but hotel did not notify my friend , only sent e mail to info him but they can call his room or leave a note, no idea why such simple thing they don't know how to handle.

Old-fashioned 5-star hotel
1. The hotel might have been re decorated recently. The guest rooms had such a strong smell that we actually felt suffocated. 2. The breakfast buffet was good, while the staff there had no sense of hygiene. While she was replacing the plate, she grabbed the knife / fork / spoons (the HEAD part i/o the handle!!!!!!) with her whole bare hand and put them back to the table for me to keep using. She did it in front of me. Can you imagine what's going on back in the kichen?!

We got a big riverview room. The room is clean and the service is good. The morning buffet is excellent and the the service is good. However, the hotel is a bit dated and need some major renovation.
