It can happen as we have 4 hectares garden around the accommodation. To avoid this problem, the pest control company sprays the garden 2 times a week to control the mosquito’s population. The pest control company also sprays regularly all apartments every 3 months. If our residents inform about insects in the apartments, we can fix the problem quickly. We have our reception that is open 24h/7. Secondly, we understand that the AC did not make you satisfy, and we are sorry for this too, it is maintained 3 times a year. Regarding the taxi, we are not responsible for the taxi company, they have a supervisor on the spot who manages the cars and requests at the door. He/she is informed of every single request. (This is the best company you can find in Vietnam). But, I am also sorry that you had to wait so much, this is something that can happen when it is rainy and at the peak time, it can become really challenging to get a taxi quickly.
