First and foremost there is no pool like displayed. They are helpful but the room is not clean and there is almost no socket to recharge your phone. The best and only major good point is the localization as it is in the center and you can go anywhere from this hotel. There is a convenience store just in front even.

部屋にティッシュがなかった。バスルームはほとんどお湯が出ず、ぬるま湯の一歩手前のような温度の水でシャワーを浴びなければならず苦痛だった。配管が古いのか、水に黒いクズが混ざっていた。場所がイベントなどが開催される公園の近くなのでうるさい。お世話になりましたが次はないかな。

We had an 01 room on a higher floor which had a lot of windows overlooking the buildings across the street and beyond. We enjoyed the light and the view. It was clean and spacious. The hotel is very well located for the main tourist sites, around the corner to all the big hotels and attractions. HCMC was unbearably hot while we were there and for that reason we left earlier than expected, but the room was cool (AC) and comfortable even with the heat and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and service but room itself has so many ants - I found them crawling into my suitcase too.. I left a fruit drink on my bedside table and the next morning it was covered in ants that were living in the room. The walls are also really thin so you can hear people in the hallway and the most concerning part was how loud it got at night since it’s in a very central area. The hotel was great in terms of how walkable it was to the main event space (1 minute walk) but at night people would bring karaoke machine with HUGE speakers and sing in public (every day, and I stayed for just over one week a local friend said this is normal). So I guess that would be the only price you gotta pay for central location. Windows don’t filter out much sound so you really hear everything. Other than that the service was great and the location was in District one and very easily accessible from different places. Wifi was ok.

年末年始に宿泊しました。 歩行者でに近いので、かなりうるさかったですが、ドンコイに近いこの場所で安く泊まれたので満足です。 安宿でしたが、清潔で泊まるだけなら充分でした。口コミで朝食があると思って選んだのですが、付いてなかったです。レストラン自体がないと言われました。以前はあったのかもしれませんが、今は無いようです。そこだけは残念でした。

Great position. In the middle of Hochiminh city center. Nice staffs. The wifi is a little weak. It will be better if your hotel have more strong wifi in the room. Totally, great hotel.

立地が大変良く清潔感もありバスタブもついて、それでいて料金も手ごろだったため日本人向きのとても良いホテルだと思います。すぐ右隣りが両替店だったのも便利でした。 一つ気になったのは室内のコンセントが破損しておりAタイプの電気製品を付けようとしても抜け落ちてしまったことです。バスルームのコンセントを代わりに使いましたがそこが修理されればなおよいと思います。

こじんまりとした、新しいホテルではないが、スタッフは皆笑顔で、頼み事に対応してくれる。部屋も値段的にすれば、十分で、歯ブラシや、綿棒、くしなどのアメニティーもある。バスタブもあり、熱いお湯がでるし、シャワー圧も十分。ドンコイの大通りから30mの中心部で、レタントンにも12,3分歩けば行ける。オペラハウスなども徒歩圏内。一人旅に向いてるかも。

Dirty linens and broken amenities. Make sure to complain when you spot anything wrong the moment you check in, otherwise the hotel will push the blame to you when you check out and ask you to pay for it.
