進去的時候。洗衣機還再使用中。廁所衛生紙只剩一點點。但未有補品。床墊使用的品質很爛。因為彈簧都凸出來了。躺著會痛 除此之外。環境不錯。樓下的店面也很多。採購食物很方便

The mattresses were stained, the floors and tables were damaged, and the couch was broken with a large hole in it. The room also had a bad odor and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. When we arrived into the room, someone was still doing laundry in the unit. Later, a cleaning staff member knocked on the door, stopped the laundry, and told us to leave the laundry there and she would come get it after we check out.. The listing was misleading in several ways. It advertised parking included, but parking actually isn’t and high fee per day. It also implied access to the building’s amenities, but guests staying through this listing are not allowed to use the pool or gym. This management is terrible, there are other listings in the same building managed by different companies that offer much newer apartments and include access to all of the building amenities for a similar price. Overall, this listing did not match its description, and I would not recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our one-month stay at Lumière. The apartment is really nice and clean and the area is great to enjoy great food and coffees. The amenities are amazing.

Nice two bedroom two bath condo. Nice view from balcony. Door man could not have been more helpful. We never met the realtor. We did receive information by text on how to get into the condo. I like somone there in personn to answer my questions.

Worst and Nightmare

I have been travelling many countries for over 20 years due to my profession. I have booked it for 9 nights. I checked in mid-night and check the room condition. And my family decided to move out to another hotel even if we had 8 more nights left. My reservation was non-refundable, but my family cannot tolerate its room conditions and the owner's feedback about re-cleaning the room. This place is definitely the worst and perhaps beyond the worst for your trip. Not cleaning the room at all. Need to change the cleaning service.

This property is suitable for solo travelers, not families. There’s no one to assist or check in with when you arrive, and the reception is unhelpful. It feels like these apartments are rented out without proper authorisation, which gives a shady impression despite the property being secure and well-maintained overall. The apartment’s condition varies depending on previous occupants. Cleanliness is questionable – the sheets seem unchanged, and they use harsh chemicals, leaving an unpleasant smell. There’s no storage facility for early arrivals or late check-outs, and communication with staff feels dismissive and rude.
