"We stayed in the Moc Bungalow with plenty of space, wonderful views and buggy rides whenever needed. Breakfast buffet was awesome; the choices were plenty, fresh and delicious! From check-in to checkout, all the staff were helpful, friendly and informative. We needed to leave early morning and they packed a takeaway picnic with fresh juice and coffee. We had 90 minute massages that took away all stress. Awesome views into the mountains/fog while enjoying the infinity pool. Liked the setup of that pool where we could move directly to the indoor hottub and back. Free shuttle to downtown made exploring easy. We stayed 3 nights; well worthwhile. All in all, we highly recommend staying here. "

"The Hotel itself is absolutely stunning. It makes one feel like they’ve stepped into the 1930’s with its art deco French colonialism style and haughty couture design we loved elegance of a bygone era. The staff is very nice, friendly and always welcoming. The restaurant is so beautiful. The breakfast buffet has more choices than you can imagine. The host and hostess are a pleasure to greet and always so welcoming and cheerful. Our room was beautiful with a beautiful view of Fansipan Mountain. If you have a chance to stay here you will feel as though you treated yourself to elegance and function as it’s close to everything especially the cable car ride up the mountain. The entrance is literally through the hotel. "

"A nice hotel with good view, if it’s not cloudy as it was for us! Staff are excellent in reception and are willing to do anything to help. The rooms are clean and modern with great beds and bathroom. The breakfast was very good and there are a few restaurants and bars in the area and it’s just a short walk into Sapa town. We liked this hotel and would definitely recommend."
