Loved the proximity to Hobart and Mt Wellington.The historic nature of the home was special.The added touch of heated floors in the bathroom and god beds and bedding made for a special stay.

Cozy warm and easy to get to everything Hobart has to offer and beyond. The heated flooring was very much needed and felt very luxurious. The garden was gorgeous and I just wished it had been a little bit warmer to enjoy it more. Overall beautiful home that I would happily stay in again.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The set up suited our needs for the weekend and the cottage was cozy and well equipped. Things we liked included the heating flooring in the bathroom, looking out at the cottage garden when it was raining and we were warm inside, the location which was close to the pub (across the road), a morning walk to the rivulet, the wine bar also across the road and cafes and food supplies down the road. The area is central and the cottage makes it a perfect base if you are travelling north or south to explore. Would definitely recommend the cottage and would book again next time we are in Hobart.

Best of old and new charm

Very comfortable and perfectly located. Short stroll to great food shops and cafes or easy walk along the Rivulet to the CBD. Loved the under floor heating!

Gorgeous Cottage and Location

We visited Hobart to attend Dark Mofo. We could walk into the city, great cafe nearby and each morning we would wake up to viewing Mt Wellington out the front door. Hobart was great, Dark Mofo was great and this little cottage was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a great holiday with our family

Outstanding property.higly recommend

the property was immaculate, the location brilliant. EXACTLY as advertised. It is right on the route for the hop-on hop-off bus about 400m away. The local park is gorgeous, the pub across the road has food for the BIGGEST eaters, and the Wine bar cafe SOUTH just up the road is a MUST DO. You will need a matchbox on wheels to get your car into the garage, with cars blocking the turning circle it was just not possible, but I managed a park in the back street no worries, you just have to time it right. I would happily stay here again. top notch
