Clean, cozy and comfy stay
The loft is spacious with spectacular view. The bed and pillows are very comfy. It was fun playing stick with Ruby the border collie day and night. The host, Natasha is very helpful and responsive. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! Highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated, cosy, comfortable, roomy and quiet. Gorgeous views out over the Richmond Valley. Less than 30 mins drive from Hobart. 15 mins to Hobart Airport. Small kitchen worked well for us. Safe parking. Great farm atmosphere.

Wonderful Location
My wife and I were delighted with our stay at Loft over the Vines. We found the accommodation very clean, tidy, and well presented. It was quiet, peaceful, and cosy. The location was perfect to explore the Richmond area and beyond. Natasha and Alex were most accommodating. Ruby came for a visit and had an insatiable appetite for exercise chasing her toy. The pet sheep were very cute and came to us at the fence for a pat. We will definitely recommend the Loft to our friends, and we would not hesitate to stay again should the occasion arise.

Amazing views and beautiful room
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we had an incredible time. The scenery and the loft itself were both stunning and it was conveniently located only 20mins from Hobart CBD. We had a rental car and the loft was the perfect home base for us as we explored southern Tasmania.

Loft Over the Vines
We had a fabulous stay at Loft Over the Vines! It was such a clean, spacious and beautiful place to call home for a few days. I highly recommend staying here. Ruby the Border Collie was such a delight, visiting every night for a play and cuddle!

Picture Perfect 😍
This sweet little loft was very well appointed with all necessary amenities that we needed for for our short stay. The bed was super comfortable with all the comforts for a chilly night. The outlook was stunning and the resident dog, Ruby, was a highlight ❤️

Delightful loft close to Richmond
This property is delightful. It’s a good size, cosy and has great heating and cooling. We were very happy it included a Nespresso. Although the family is close by, it’s very private and quiet. Ruby is gorgeous and once she worked out we were dog people, she came over for visits with stick in tow for games of fetch. The location is great, just 3km from Richmond and close to some fantastic wineries.

Memorable a special place

Amazing!
Loft over the vines is amazing! Beautiful place, beautiful view & made so easy! Very short drive to Richmond & some amazing coal river wineries - perfect spot to base yourself. Natasha is also fantastic & we arrived to a lovely bottle of sparkling & some yummy chocolates.

Beautiful space to unwind
Loft over the vines is a beautiful, clean, comfortable and well looked after place to stay. Natasha is a brilliant host and made our stay so easy. Location is brilliant for those that want to get away without being too far from civilisation.

Fabulous
This gorgeous little hideaway was the perfect weekend retreat outside Hobart. We got a morning visit from an adorable pooch and a home grown fruit bowl. The loft is clean with lovely shower products to use. An easy, and lovely, drive into Hobart - Defiantly recommended. Big thanks to our hosts for a great stayz

A little bit of heaven.
Because of the severity of the bushfires near Toowoomba we had to change our holiday plans at short notice so we went south to Tasmania instead and we were incredibly lucky to find that Natasha's place was available at short notice. It's everything the brochure said it would be - stylish, comfortable and the view is amazing! . Natasha provided breakfast supplies and was available if we needed anything, and our only disappointment was that Ruby (the dog) failed to make an appearance! Would we stay again? Absolutely, but we'll book well ahead next time. Thank you Natasha 😊

Beautiful loft with stunning views!
We absolutely loved staying at Loft over the Vines. Such a great location in amongst the wineries, and under 10 mins by car to Richmond. Natasha was very welcoming and thoughtful, as was her gorgeous dog Ruby. The studio apartment was immaculate and styled in a way which made it inviting and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay and we highly recommend!

Stunning Setting & Convenient Location
Although we only stayed for one night, we had thoroughly enjoyed this property. We wished we had booked for another night or two! Natasha was very hospitable and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, ensuring that we had everything we needed and giving us recommendations of nearby places to visit. It was only a few minutes from the town of Richmond and many of the local wineries, as well as being relatively close to Hobart. The loft was clean and well presented and we were very warm even though it was the middle of winter. The stunning view was definitely the highlight of the stay and we enjoyed sitting in bed with our coffees just staring out the window! Thank you Natasha for a wonderful stay, we will be recommending this place to family and friends.
