“The room was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the ambiance of the place, the dining place was also great, they made some good breakfast. “Very high class hotel room and the staff wete very kind. They were able to watch my luggage while i hiked the volcano despite not staying there the following night. And the complentary breakfast helped me prepare accordingly for the hike on the volcano. Would stay here again.”

“The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for”

“Everything was excellent. Location, room, breakfast and the beautiful plants. Gelima and Rosemary were wonderful.
My room was on the ground level right at the entrance so the music playing at the bar in the evening was a bit noisy but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Everything else was great.
I highly recommend this place”
