“It is an older property that has had some recent upgrades. The price was right for it's condition and location. A lovely park was across the street and it was about 3/4 of a mile to the small downtown district. Leslie was quick to respond to questions. As a lover of terrazzo, hopefully one day they can have them repaired and polished. The top lock to the front door was missing a key. I would have felt better if there were two, as I really do not know the area. There was a cute bunny rabbit in……

“Very cozy and in a great location for what we needed. The clubhouse pool was perfect for us and not busy, but we met some sweet people there. The first pic does make it look like that is the pool in the listing but it’s not-however, you can still go to the PGA restaurant and use it. It does catch your attention but not exactly what you will have full access to. The beach passes were excellent and amazing and just 20 mins away!!! The negatives-cleaning certainly was lacking in corners and……

“My wife and I and our Havapoo Snoop enjoyed this "hidden gem". The host Ferney and Geovanna did and outstanding job making sure the accommodations fit our needs. It’s no wonderful why they have earned the "Super Host" title. Ferney recommended a nice live music restaurant (Cafe Centro) that played jazz which is located less than a 10-minute drive from the cottage. The next time we visit the area, we will definitely be staying here if it is available.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Nettles Island. Were allocated a different house from the booking due to repair work but this one turned out to be also very nice. Nettles Island is a treat with pools locally and a designated beach, and lots of other activities like pickle ball, tennis, mini-golf, billiard. Great place for kids. Exchange with owner was very good and friendly. Anytime again!”

“Very cute and clean cottage close to downtown Stuart and the beaches. It was perfect for our stay to watch my son's high school baseball training in Stuart, and spend time at the beaches between games. The beds were comfortable.”

“We were coming to the area to help out with some relatives kids. We asked the owners if this would be okay and they quickly replied that it was. The boy wants us to stay here if we ever visit again. Dan and Shannon are some of the friendliest helpful hosts that we’ve met. Shannon’s mother lives on the property and is also lovely. She invited the boy to swing. As noted in the description, the kitchen and shower are outside so exposed to nature and such. Dan even took the time to write some notes……

“The property is a trailer in an HOA. The area is nice, and the owners are certainly kind to speak with, but they were very invasive of our privacy. On our first full day, they came by twice while we were gone stating they needed to manage making keys. We were put off but willing to overlook. You have to tell them what to set the AC to, as they have the thermostat locked up. We were fine with that, but they shut it off on us afree discovering we were away during the day and didn’t us. We got back……

“The stay in Jupiter at the Kozy Kottage was great - very relaxing, comfortable and pleasant. I stayed with my dogs, and they very much enjoyed the small yard and the ability to be out of their harnesses for a few days. The cottage, while not exactly a 'cottage' as it was a section of the host's home, was very private and pleasant. The bed was comfy, the water was hot, the house felt very homey. Sandy, the host, was delightful, and if a need arose was super responsive. The location was great for……

“This lovely guest cottage is secluded and tucked away behind the main house. The garden provides a wonderfully private space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The cottage is very clean, comfortable and well equipped and the Old Northwood District a great place to stay. Very welcoming host and great communication. Highly recommended.”
