Doing this, you need to move furniture around, and you do not have any privacy as the only room with a door is a single bedroom, and the rest is open concept. “This is a beautiful neighborhood in a beautiful city. It was a great location. The house itself is really run down, out dated, and needs to be cleaned in several areas. The oven hood and surrounding walls were so dirty and covered in old food, the microwave didn’t work and the fridge was barely cold. The bathtub was very gross, the walls are dirty and in need of repair. You must use indoor stairs to get up to the apartment and the stairs are very dirty, worn, old and an unsafe trip hazard. We……

“This was a very nice apartment with plenty of space for our group. The hosts were particularly accommodating in order to make sure that we had a great stay. However, I wanted to highlight once incident that I think illustrates the level of hospitality. On the morning that we were scheduled to leave (and had non-refundable train tickets), the New York area experienced record flooding. “The apt, the folks who work for the mgmt group-all wonderful. Super clean, all brand new- very large- the beds were so comfortable. The interior is great. No elevator so it is a pretty tough 5th floor walk up. The keys to the interior doors from the street take some jiggling and talking nice to, made it stressful coming in at night with leering vagrants on the street.
