“They had no power when I checked in. I have POTS and can't tolerate the heat. I left to drive around for a bit and came back late evening to still no power. I had no choice but but to find lodging elsewhere before bedtime since they had no idea how long it would be out. I didn't stay even 1 night. “The staff were kind enough to listen to our concerns and get me in contact with the property owner.
Our room was DIRTY, this includes urine in the toilet, hair that didn't belong to us on the floor and around the sink area, the toilet seat look like it had been scratched up by cats to the point you could see the metal lines in it, our tv on the wall was dirty, the microwave was dirty, they have this window seat with a cushion on it, IT WAS FIFLTY, the drawers up under them was dirty, If I needed……

“We chose not to stay because of the hotel's overall appearance. My husband is a disabled veteran and there was no elevator and we had quite a few pieces of luggage.
