"Quite a mixed experience. Despite the email received before arrival, the reception area isn't open from 06:00 to 22:00, in fact it's barely manned at all. However obtaining room keys from a key safe worked perfectly well. The room is not nearly as good as shown in the pictures. A "double room for single occupancy" has a single bed, not a double. The bed is comfortable but the rooms are tired with cracks in the plaster and old furniture, needing an urgent refresh. Breakfast is perfectly adequate, if not particularly good. Also be aware that the hotel has no bar, lounge or restaurant service apart from breakfast. I was expecting more for the price (€377 for 2 nights)."

My room was spacious, well-appointed, and featured all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay, including a comfortable bed, high-quality linens, and a peaceful, quiet environment. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient. Being so close to Frankfurt Airport, it made my early morning flight departure a breeze. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was punctual and hassle-free, which made my travels much smoother. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of great facilities. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The on-site restaurant also provided great meals, and the bar area was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Overall, I highly recommend the Parkhotel Frankfurt Airport for anyone traveling through the area. Whether you're there for business or leisure, the convenience, comfort, and exceptional service make it a top choice. I’ll definitely be returning for future trips!"
