“I stay at a lot of hotels across the country and out of the country this was by far the best. Everything was perfect. The breakfast bar was out of this world. Would highly recommend it by far. If I had any complaint is was stayed in 313 right by elevator and the noise from the door opening the ding was a bit loud and annoying. Perfect visit to Alexandria plan on staying there more often when in area.”

“During our stay, we encountered several issues that I want to bring to your attention. The first room had black hair and stains on the sheets, stained pillows, and a shower/tub drain that was completely plugged. The carpet had not been vacuumed, and the bath towels provided were very small.
The breakfast was also disappointing. The waffle batter ran out and there was no staff available to notify. The overall selection was mostly carbohydrates with no protein options, and the coffee tasted……

“Pool was not available, sauna was not available, fitness room was not available, hot tub is not available, when I asked about breakfast the hostess at front desk just walked away from me. So I checked out and went somewhere else. If I could give this place zero stars I would! Two big thumbs down”
