The room was clean. The staff is very friendly. They have coffee and other warm drinks plus lemon water available around the clock and warm cookies in the afternoon by the front desk. It's within walking distance to grocery shopping. The pool and hot tub were clean, albeit the hot tub was very small. ...

Bart did a fabulous job welcoming us and preparing the house where we stayed. Every accoutrement we could need was there: Keurig machine, drip coffee maker, dish soap, tea kettle, abundant towels, shampoo, games , books, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable with lots of great pillows and blankets. ...

Not hot tub at place. 3 miles away is Chico and the bar was great, the ladies changing room was unclean- layers of dust on the fans and rafters in the ladies change room.
