「This is nice hotel. Our room was very modern, we had a corner suite so we had nice views of Old Town. The housekeeping staff are good at their jobs but impatient if you are slow to get moving in the morning (expect fairly noisy work in the hall if it’s 9am and you’re not on the move.) 「Last minute transit in Munich we picked this hotel for its proximity to Altstadt. We loved everything about our short stay. Nikolaus was particularly helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to help us with a little problem we had in the room. Highly recommended.」

「The lady that checked us in was very helpful and sweet.」

「Friendly staff and cozy vibe.」

「Good location. Staff are helpful.」

「Ok」

「Beds were hard, last day there my husband took a hot shower, he opened the bathroom door and the fire alarm went off. Staff walked in when my husband was naked saying theres smoke in our room, when he saw the steam near the fire alarm he told us we had to leave bathroom door shut. There was no vent/fan in bathroom. Staff super helpful and friendly! I would recommend, maybe theu have softer beds in other rooms.」

「Friendly staff and a great variety of breakfast options. 」
