While the on-site restaurant is closed from Jan 14 to Feb 3, 2026, nearby towns like Wierden and Almelo offer a variety of charming cafés and local eateries. Visit Restaurant Dorset for fine regional cuisine or grab a cozy lunch at Brasserie de Kroon. Many places welcome pets on outdoor terraces, so your furry friend won’t miss out on the fun.
Note: During Easter, the event Hexel on Wheels will take place on Saturday, April 4, and Monday, April 6, next to the park. This is a fun cross-event for both young and old. Please note that the event will be audible from within the park.
