「Check-in was rather difficult. None of the front desk staff, or any staff for that matter, spoke any English. When I arrived, they wanted to charge me a much larger amount for the room. Fortunately, my Chinese friends were there to help sort things out. After I showed them the email from Hotels.com, the pricing was sorted out. Having stayed in various hotels around China, I expected much better accommodations for the price. In short, the room was not good value for money.」

「The hotel itself was great with great customer service and clean room, but the hotel name and address was completely off. It is supposed to be just Xingtai Hotel, and the address is (Zing'an N Rd, XingCheng Qu, Huhehaoto Shi, Neimenggu Zizhiqu, China 010000). It was very frustrating to be in a taxi and spend an extensive amount of time to look for the hotel. Please correct the information on the hotel.」
