Das Appartement ist sauber und ordentlich und es ist alles da, was man zum Leben braucht. Zudem verfügt es über einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem man seinen morgendlichen Espresso genießen kann. Die Wohnung liegt etwa zehn Fußminuten vom Strand entfernt, sodass es eine gute Ausgangslage für einen feinen Strandurlaub bietet. Gerne wieder.

Vorab: Der Vermieter verlangte ein Kaution, die er bis heute (3 Wochen nach Mietende) NICHT erstattete. Keine Reaktion auf Telefon-, SMS- oder Emailkontaktversuch. Die Wohnung selbst ist hell, ruhig und großzügig. Die Küchenausstattung ist dürftig. Das Wasser für Dusche und Küche wurde nicht heiß. Die Ausstattung sollte erneuert werden u.a. Sitzmöbel und Röhrenfernseher (keine Fernbedienung mehr).

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, die Wohnung sonnig und nett. Fliegengitter wären sehr sinnvoll, damit man besser lüften kann.

Die Wohnung bittet 4 Übernachtsmöglichkeiten. Sie ist zumindestens für 2 Leute ausreichend gross, geräumig und hell. Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen Einfamilienhaussiedlung, sehr ruhig, am Rande von Hohwacht (ca. 15 min zu Fuss zum Strand). Die Ausstattung ist aber insbesondere im Wohnzimmer sehr alt und bedürfte dringend einer Erneuerung (insbesondere das Sofa, die Sessel, die Beleuchtung, der Fernseher). Das Sofa und die Sessel sind extrem durchgesessen. Mit dem vorhandenen Lampen im Wohnzimmer hätte man kein Buch lesen können. Die alten Kochtöpfe laden nicht zum Kochen ein. Eine Spülmaschine ist auch nicht vorhanden. Wenn man nicht zuviele Ansprüche hat, mag es ok sein. Ich hätte allerdings mehr Komfort erwartet.

Prima Wohnung für einen 1-wöchigen Aufenthalt an der Ostsee, Hr Schmiedgen ist nett und es hat alles problemlos geklappt. Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, dafür schön ruhig. Ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Bäcker/Supermarkt und zum Strand. Ausstattung ist funktional und in Ordnung, es gibt keine Spülmaschine, aber für eine Woche zu zweit ist das kein Problem. Gerne wieder!

Die ruhgie Lage war toll. Man kann mit Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zum Meer fahren. Sauberkeit und Ordnung war leider nicht zufrieden stellen, aber wir haben im Großen und Ganzen einen schönen Urlaub in Hochwacht gehabt.

Die Wohnung ist hell, ruhig und geräumig, Entfernung zum Strand ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß; einige Dinge müssten in der Wohnung überholt werden (z. B. ein loses Brett, lockere Schranktür und spritzender Badewannenwasserhahn), Geschirr und Besteck mussten wir teils vor der Benutzung nochmal abwaschen

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung, alles okay, Vermieter wohnt selber mit in dem Haus, ca. 15min zu Fuß zum Strand und Supermarkt.

Hohwacht ist ein Goldstück an der Ostseeküste, die Strände sind wunderschön, sehr sauber, nicht so windig wie z.B. ein paar km weiter am Weißenhäuser Strand. Die Ortschaft bietet einige schnuckelige Lokale und relativ wenig Tourismus-Kommerz. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Mit der Ausstattung kommt man zurecht, eine Modernisierung (TV, Küche, Deko) wäre das i-Tüpfelchen :). Wir hatten 4 sehr entspannte Tage!

Ferienwohnung hat viel Platz, ist sehr sauber, hell mit großen Fenstern, hat einen Balkon, ist ruhig und ideal zum Ausschlafen. Spielsachen für die Kinder. W-LAN funktioniert sehr gut. Alles wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter ist ein ordentlicher korrekter Herr. Die Kaution wurde am selben Tag zurückgegeben. Es lohnt sich zu Buchen.
