"This is a really lovely place. I would be hard-pressed to find any fault with it. The staff bend over backwards for you they can arrange I took took or taxi or any other thing you need. There are two pools. I give it a 10."

"Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The staff could not do enough to help. We loved our third floor river view room. Very easy walking distance to everything. We took bikes to the pottery village, the vegetable village and the paddy fields. Hoi an is stunning but everything is about getting you to spend your money. Beware the scooter riding smooth talking scammers who claim to be from the tourist board, give you a scratchcard and tell you you’ve won a big prize. They target couples in the area and tried with us 3 times - the first occasion was literally as we’d stepped outside the hotel. It’s a timeshare scheme - be warned!!! The Morning Glory chain of restaurants are fantastic - the mother’s kitchen one was amazing and I’d highly recommend."

"This is my second stay at the Hoi An Central Hotel in the past four years, and it has once again exceeded my expectations. The hotel and its staff are true gems in this beautiful city. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast is excellent. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They consistently go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and cared for. During this visit, the staff did something very thoughtful and personal for my wife that made her stay truly unforgettable. I’ll keep the details private, but their kindness and attention to detail meant the world to us. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hoi An Central Hotel. It easily earns my highest recommendation, and when I return to Hoi An, this will once again be my hotel of choice. Kind regards, Charlie"
