Wonderful Experience at Park Hyatt’s Hotel
"The hotel's facility is absolutely excellent. I really enjoyed the passion of service in the staff body, especially the manager called Athena Chen. She gave us a wonderful experience because she solved a lot of our concerns and problems we faced there. Definitely would revisit again."

"The room is spacious and the air con is cool enough for the hot summer. However the additional bed’s mattress is so poor. You can feel the spring coming out. Though the hotel change it immediately after complain, they should not provide it on the first day because the defect is so obvious."
