This is a great choice. Directly connected to the station. I had a room with view to the station and I LOVED IT! Staff was great specially Mark. Very helpful and friendly. If I ever come back I will 100% book this hotel.

we ended up doing the exec level, the room was super comfortable and very posh, however, our room had no view . It was facing inward toward other rooms. The suite type was very comfortable and as long as you don't care about whats out the window, the room was nice. The club access was minimal but still nice to have and got coffee . evening had beer and wine .

Perfect location 5 minutes from the station. Bus right outside for both airports. Modern contemporary feel as well, although the rooms are standard Japanese sizing. Could be fun with two people and two cases, but that’s the same everywhere.

Right across the street from Sapporo station. Excellent location to other attractions in the area. You don’t even have to leave the hotel as there is train station access from the basement floor. Walking distance within areas in downtown Sapporo (Odori, Susukino). Clean and quiet hotel and room. Staff are friendly. Easy check-in process, quick check-out as well. I did not opt for breakfast, but it seemed quite good (local cafe does the hotel breakfast buffet) — will consider choosing the breakfast option if I’m in Sapporo/Hokkaido again. Would definitely stay here again!

The Gracery is across the street from Sapporo Station making it very convenient for travelers. We stayed 3 nights. We drove a rental car & it was a little crazy finding the parking garage due to high volume of pedestrians. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend The Gracery.

This hotel was a mixed bag for me. On the positive side, it’s near Sapporo Station. I look out my window each day and I see the station. The rooms are clean enough and it is a functional hotel. That said, the hotel is dated. It’s an older hotel with lots of charm, to be sure, but it does show its age. Just be mindful of that when booking the hotel. It’s a great hotel, don’t get me wrong. But it is dated.

Location was great as it was so close to Sapporo Station with underground access as well. Rooms were clean and offered daily towel service and rubbish removal if we wanted it. Coin laundry available in the hotel. The only disappointment was that they hold luggage for only one day. I saw on their website that they hold luggage free of charge (like many other hotels we have stayed at), however upon check-out, we were told that they hold luggage only for a day and we weren’t returning until 4 days later. Luckily there were storage lockers at Sapporo Station, however at a cost of 800 yen per day and we had 4 bags. Had I known that they didn’t offer extended luggage holding at no charge, we would have stayed elsewhere. Other than that, the hotel was great.

We stayed at the high floor rooms which allows access to the executive lounge. The room is spacious, nice little living room but the bathroom is old and dated, it does not match the rest of the room. And the price was a bit more expensive than their regular rooms. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Overall we had a very good stay. Plus the fact that it has underground access to the train station. We would come back to stay again!
