Staff were competent and helpful. Toiletries were high quality. Location is prime and perfect. The room is small but has all of the necessary items, looks modern, has a great bidet, tv with casting, and you can see if the washing machines are occupied on the tv. Only complaint with this hotel is the power outlet for charing your phone is directly over your head on the headboard. I've stayed here twice and will likely return.

Absolutely loved our stay at Bespoke Sapporo. Very central location near two stations and three train lines, and the hotel itself is new, clean and well-designed. The breakfast was great and the staff were helpful and friendly. We’d stay here again and highly recommend it.

While the rooms are on the smaller side the location and proximity to shopping and eating options make up for it. The hotel is clean and modern. The best breakfast buffet. Also super close to subway and train. The underground walking area entrance is close too. Great place to explore Sapporo from.

Affordable, practical modern style hotel. Very nice staff at check in and in dining area. Breakfast is same options daily, very consistent fresh good food. No bellman, minimal housekeeping but they keep your towels, robes, room necessities well stocked by placing a bag on your door, first time to see this type of servicing. Utilized their laundry facilities, very convenient- can monitor washer/drying times on your room monitor! Great location for shopping, dining, touring.

Hotel location is incredibly convenient, with so many landmarks being so close by. - Tanuki Koji Shopping Street (Block 1) is literally next to the hotel - Sapporo PARCO Mall is a 5 min walk away from hotel - Nijo Fish Market is a 4 min walk away from hotel - TV Tower is a 5 min walk away from hotel - Odori Station Exit 35 (stairs only exit) is a pedestrian walk away from hotel. BOOKOFF, animate Sapporo and Gamers Sapporo are right next to this exit. Highly recommend this hotel with its nearby shopping areas, dining areas, tourist spots and station exit. Tip: If you're bringing a lot of heavy luggage, go to Exit 36 of Odori Station instead (opposite the street of Exit 35). There's an elevator that brings you between ground level and station level. Mainly purposed for bike parking, but anyone can use it.

ドライヤーが風が弱くて温度も熱くて使いづらかった。 外で夜ご飯を食べて部屋に戻る前に2階のサービスのコーヒーを持ち帰ろうと思ったが切れていた。それ以外はシャワーも3種類の出方があってとてもよかった。
