Perfect stay

One of our favorite hotel experience. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Multi lingual staff make things easier every step of the way. The room and hotel bar are very well designed and comfortable. Concierge recommended restaursnts and onsen are very well for family too. We would love you stay again.

Amazingly new hotel with retro fusion european des

The hotel is new, just one year old, with good facility and very comfy bed. The service is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast service is excellent as well. It is off the city centre but it is right opposite sapporo factory so dinner is not a problem.

Phenomenal hotel with incredible staff. Stay here. Note to hotel: your photos don’t do it justice, we nearly didn’t stay here because of them, they make it look far less luxurious and more generic despite the great design.

Location is average. The aircon in the room needs to be improved. Temp set to the lowest but still not cold. Cos there is only 1 small air vent at the window ledge (blowing upwards) and another smaller one near the ceiling. Summer is hot and is frustrating when aircon not cold. Restaurant does not serve lunch and dinner.

As frequent travelers, we have had the opportunity to stay at various hotels around the world, but the service and experience we encountered at Hotel Sosei truly stood out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met, and their friendly and helpful demeanor made our stay all the more enjoyable. From the moment we arrived until the day of our departure, we felt welcomed and valued as guests. The world-class service provided by the staff at Hotel Sosei exceeded our expectations, and we are truly grateful for the unforgettable experience. Special thanks to reception staff who came up to fix our toilet on 21/08, Farid for assisting us with local car rental, Minoru at the bar for offering us complimentary drinks and his wonderful smiles and outstanding service which we will always remember. Thank you once again for the outstanding hospitality. Premiere shops across the street in the "Sapporo Factory" (a mall) with restaurants as well. Staff are wonderful and concierge team can arrange restaurants and excursions in and around the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, nice style -- this is a boutique hotel -- individual charm not found in a chain.

Beautiful hotel! The friendliest, most attentive staff we have had this trip (6 hotels so far). Our room on the executive floor was really nice, comfy bed, premium sheets, fantastic breakfast, great afternoon/evening drinks and snacks (pizza was really good). The location is a little bit of a walk from the Sapporo station and where a lot of restaurants are but not too far. Terrific hotel. I loved the hair dryer!

Hotel Sosei Sapporo is stuck in a quagmire of sorts—while the hotel itself is quite good compared to the other offerings in Sapporo, its location and “soft opening” feel to its restaurant and bar leave a lot to be desired. A walk to Susukino is ~25 minutes, so expect to have little to nothing to do past closing hours at the Sapporo Factory mall next door. Couple the relatively poor location with the absence of amenities like a pool, a bar that closes at 10PM and a breakfast that falls far short of other equivalent hotel breakfasts in Tokyo, and it’s quite difficult to recommend wholeheartedly.
