Exceptional location with great station, shopping and dining access. Very helpful staff and separate cafe area is a great amenity. Highly recommend for a short stay in Sapporo.

Really superb location, right across the Sapporo Station. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was buffet style with a variety of choices, though the breakfast hall was really crowded during peak hour. Overall a great hotel.

Great hotel in a convenient location in Sapporo

Anticipating the cold weather in February, we booked this hotel because it was attached to JR Sapporo station and it didn't disappoint. The rooms are well appointed and cosy and the views outside to the snow covered streets were lovely. Being able to walk from our hotel straight to the snow festival site in Odori park without having to go outside was also a bonus, as was enjoying all the amazing shopping and dining that the area had to offer

I had been all over Japan by the time I was in Sapporo and I just think the rooms were NOT exactly what I was looking for. I mean I booked economy rooms, but the walls were stained and scratched to hell, the carpet was stained (only hotel I felt the need to use the slippers at all times), and every thing was vaguely discolored. I will most likely not be returning though the location to the train station was amazing.

Convenient location; great breakfast

Room is really small but I think that’s normal for Japanese hotel. Staff is very very nice and helpful. Location is really convenient. Hotel breakfast is really good - a wide variety of Japanese food and some western food like scrambled eggs, bread products, sausages. My favorite indulgence is the soft serve ice cream machine.
