The hotel is new and clean. location is good, if walk slowly, it’s about 10mins walk from the station. Onsen is good, its not crowded after 11pm. If the lighting in room’s toilet is brighter, it will be perfect.

Great stay

Amazing hotel! Since it is new everything was beautiful and clean. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are a great size too. The hotel even has washers and dryers so you can do laundry. The hotel room tv has a channel for so you can see if the washers and dryers are being used (super helpful). Would stay again!

Brand new building and very helpful and friendly staff. The public bath / onsen is really nice and relaxing. Lounge and bar area are also nice. Gym is available and has a good selection of equipment to get a good workout in. The location is perfect, close to sapporo station and various restaurants/mall. Totally recommend this hotel and would definitely come back in the future.

We stayed in an Accessible Queen Room with Sofa Bed and had a great experience overall. The room was originally designed for elderly guests, so it was incredibly spacious—big enough to open three large suitcases at the same time without feeling cramped. The hotel is located about 10 minutes’ walk from the Sapporo Station, which was convenient for getting around. A big plus is the Family Mart located right in the lobby—super handy for snacks, drinks, and essentials. However, one downside was the limited laundry facilities. There are only three washing machines and dryers for the entire hotel, which made it quite inconvenient, especially for guests staying multiple nights.

When hotels skip daily cleaning in the name of being “environmentally friendly,” it only feels genuine if the rest of their practices actually support sustainability. There was a lot of unnecessary plastic packaging, low quality amenities, and nothing reusable in sight. It felt more like a cost-cutting measure than a true eco-conscious effort. If you’re going to promote sustainability, it should be consistent across the entire guest experience, not just with the towel policy. The lighting in the room was awful (very dim and poorly placed), and the amenities were very limited and low in quality. It didn’t feel like much thought had gone into them. It was fine for a quick stay, but we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

ツインルームに2泊しました スタッフの方の対応はとても良かったです 客室はとてもきれいで快適に過ごせました 1人にバスタオル、フェイスタオル1枚ずつ 2泊目の朝にタオル類、歯ブラシはドアに掛けてありました 手洗い後に使うタオルがなかったので余分にフェイスタオルがあればいいなと思いました 机の上に鏡がないので折りたたみの鏡でもあればメイクしやすかったです スカイスパはロッカーはたくさんあるが洗い場が少なくて大行列になっていたので夜は利用しませんでした(女性用) 朝にスカイスパ利用しましたが景色もよく気持ちよかったです 入口のマットがだいぶ濡れていたので交換頻度を増やした方がいいと思います アメニティーもDHCシリーズで良かったです
