Das Ferienhaus hat eine unglaublich tolle Lage. Die Ausstattung Küche und Medien ist super! Die Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus, war bei Anreise Katastrophal und wir mussten erstmal sauber machen! Leider waren beide Liegestühle aufgeschlitzt und nicht benutzbar. Auch die Outdoor Stühle und Tische sind maximal in die Jahre gekommen. Alles in allem würde dem Haus (Wände, Mobiliar, und auch das Bad) einem Makeover gut tun. Sonst ist es einfach genial!!!! Der Pool, die Terrasse die Lage und auch der Whirlpool einfach toll!!!! Wir würden uns freuen wenn dort ein wenig angepackt wird. Dann ist der nächste Urlaub definitiv gebucht!

Tolle Lage, aber notdürftig instandgehaltenes Haus mit mangelhaften Sanitäranlagen

Wir haben über die Fewo-direkt App gebucht. Gastgeber war jedoch NOVASOL und da liegt schon das Problem. Am Hauptanreisetag Samstag ist die Agentur nur bis 17 Uhr erreichbar. Als wir gegen 18 Uhr eincheckten und neben dem schimmligen Bad auch den Ungezieferbefall im Wintergarten melden wollten und auch ein abgeschlossenes Elektrongerät im Pool vorfanden, war leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort erreichbar. Lediglich die Fewo-direkt Hotline war besetzt, die Mitarbeiter aber nicht befugt, etwas für uns zu tun, da der Gastgeber NOVASOL ist. Beide Unternehmen scheinen nicht wirklich miteinander zu kommunizieren, die Informationen auf der App und die von NOVASOL stimmen teilweise nicht überein. Mein Anliegen ließ sich leider nicht klären, da es nicht möglich war, einen Termin mit einem Mitarbeiter vor Ort zu vereinbaren und meine Anliegen falsch weitergegeben wurden. Auf meine Anfrage nach einer Rückerstattung der Mietkosten erhielt ich bis heute (über 3 Wochen nach Abreise) keine Antwort. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Das Objekt ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Die Küchenuntensilien sind schmutzig. Die Oberflächen wurden kaum oder nur notdürftig gereinigt. Im Haus fehlen jegliche Informationen über das Objekt oder zu Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung. Das WLAN Passwort haben wir dann auf dem Rooter entdeckt. Den Schädlingsbefall notdürftig selbst beseitigt. Wir haben uns mit unseren beiden Kindern sehr unwohl gefühlt und sie aufgrund der Hygienemängel im Haus auch nicht in den Pool gelas
