「Room was in general lovely and clean however, there had been something splashed up the wall next to the bed which needed a good wipe! Location was great for what I needed and onsite pub handy. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Nice and easy check-in and out. Food in pub was good.」

This is due to the friendly welcoming warm staff - specially Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us, she happily showed us around the facilities and made us feel very special. The fun, colourful vibe and swim up cocktails were a treat and the room with the double bath was one of its kind and so memorable. I would come back in a heartbeat - and hope to return later this year」

「Great, central location, nice walk into main part of town. Room was comfortable and clean. The owner was very helpful, moving cars around to make sure parking was sorted. Also allowing us to use a different room for a shower in the morning, as I broke the pull cord on the shower in our original room!」

「Hotel is well placed in centre of Kings Lynn and although there is no on site parking there is plenty available nearby. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room although basic was fine and we would happily stay at the property again but in a different room. The King Suite where we stayed was directly over the kitchen which in itself wasn’t a problem - the problem was the constant beat from the chefs music which boomed in the room from 9.15am when they presumably started work until the kitchen...

「Lovely property with very nice and helpful staff. Food and drink was excellent. Just unfortunate that the room was so hot. It was a warm day but considering it was April and a 20-22C day I was shocked how uncomfortable the room felt. Portable AC is provided but not overly effective. 」

「Lovely old historic Inn. Rooms traditionally furnished and had some nice welcoming touches. Bar was very cozy. Staff very welcoming. Breakfast freshly cooked. No lift but staff kindly helped us to the top floor with our bags. Our daughter stayed in a ground floor garden room overlooking the beer garden which was also very nicely furnished. Menu looked great but we ate in the Indian restaurant directly opposite which was also excellent. Will stay here again when passing through.」
