The room was clean, tidy and heated before we arrived. We'd found ourselves in an incredibly stressful situation but the gentleman at the desk and housekeeping were extremely understanding and kind enough to help us out, while also letting us checkout later since we were stuck.

Awesome place to stay. Rooms are spacious (lots of room for cots and bags) and thoughtfully arranged (sleeping areas separated by a door).
