"Booked last minute for a stay on the way back from New Brunswick. And what a surprise!! It was the nicest place we stayed on our entire trip! Thick, beautiful linens, draperies, carpet it was so comfortable, I ended up taking a mid day nap. I would be thrilled to be back in the area and have the opportunity to book there again."

"Classic New England inn that was a delightful find! Dog friendly options were a bit limited but it suited us just fine. Staff we kind and helpful when we checked in. Would definitely stay again if the calendars could align better!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the little cottage. The cost and location were perfect for us. We were able to go to experience Acadia and Bangor. But, also able to relax and enjoy the cottage, the view and Green lake. The weather was cool for the week, but a day of rain also provided a day of relaxation.We were able to enjoy a campfire one peaceful evening. Enjoyed also kayaking across the lake.Just down the railroad tracks is Revolution Rail which was a great activity – even if it was misting a bit.The window air conditioners upstairs kept the area cool for sleeping. There was also a window air conditioner on the main level, but it was a cooler week so did not have to use it all the time.If you are a person that gets up in the night to go to the bathroom, you will have to adapt to going down the stairs at night to the only bathroom on the main floor. There are motion lights along the stairway that light the way. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well supplied.Michelle was very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner.Overall, our experience at this little cottage, met our expectations!"
