“My family and I had such an entertaining and enjoyable stay. Even though the weather wasn’t great, we still spent plenty of time in the backyard making the most of the swimming pool and spa—both were fantastic. The games in the basement kept everyone engaged, and the projector setup for movies was a real highlight. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.”

“It’s a very spacious, quite and clean place. The surrounding area is beautiful. We stayed for two nights and are really impressed by what we got. It has all the amenities we need, the host provided plenty of tea, coffee, snacks, fruits, and a loaf of bread with a variety of jam and spread. We would definitely go back if we need to stay in that area again.”

“We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)……

“On listing in never said you had to enter property through a door in house. We received this instructions after booking property. My son was greeted by some man when he entered and said he was so nervous to stay there I booked him accomodation elsewhere . I would never have booked if I new you did not have a seperate entry”

“There was an incident during our stay involving a small glass panel to the front door, which we reported to the owner immediately. We accepted responsibility and offered to arrange and pay for the repair straight away. However, we were advised that we could only use the owner’s nominated tradesperson.To assist, I obtained and sent through two independent quotes for comparison, but received no response. Shortly after, I was charged through the Stayz app an amount that was approximately five times……

“We have stayed at this property several times before, but this was by far the nicest room we've had to date. It was clean and had nice open spaces. The beds were a bit small for adults, especially a 6ft male and the main bathroom was nice and big with a big shower. The kitchen accommodated for almost anything we needed and we had great views. The renovations are beautiful and offer lots of options onsite for chilling or entertaining.”
