“Our stay was great. Stayed friday thru monday. Hot tub was nice and clean. House was cozy and clean. Great to have the has grill there as well. Beds not the most comfortable but were still good.”

“The house is very well stocked. We really appreciated all the extra supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are spacious. Lots of room to eat, play games, or just stretch out and relax. We very much enjoyed our stay.”

“After a little problem getting in, what a Great and Relaxing stay. The house was exactly as advertised. The bathroom with BIG walk-in shower was fantastic. The bed was the most comfortable we have had at several VRBO location we have stayed. Circular stairs we had to get use to, but really not a problem. The town is a great place to visit with lots of shops and food to pick from. Highly recommend the Rueben at the Ice cream shop across the street and the ice cream too”

“Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is an old house with a lot of really fun character; I wish we could have stayed longer and had more time in the house itself. The location, in one sense, cannot be beat - easy walkability to all the Eureka Springs downtown sight. We did have a bit of confusion at check in, in that we went to the front (street facing) door, and we needed to access the property through side door - that was at least partially my fault, however, and when we……

“We stayed at Down on Main one Christmas and fell in love with the property and the town so decided to check it out without the snow. We wanted to stay in UP on Main this time and I love both levels of this building. Matt is a stellar host and the house is lovely. Located right in the heart of the town within walking distance of everything. The Trolleys are so convenient and you must take the Tram tour. There is so much to do here and it's beautiful in May. We are planning our next trip to this……

“A perfect spot on a mountain top to get away from it all. Peaceful. View of the hills enjoyed from a nice balcony. A little stormy, wind through the trees. Very pleasant though. Temps were perfect not hot, not cold. Nice jacuzzi tub. Place had everything you need. Comfy bed too. We loved it!!! And only 5 miles out of Eureka Springs.”

“The cabin was Charming and Cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We were looking for a calm weekend. So it worked. There were a couple of things that could have made our visit better. The mattresses were old and not very comfortable. The front door lock did not work sometimes. No dishwasher yet they said to load the dishwasher when we leave.”

“This is an old property. We were there for a wedding and power went out. We checked out early and hotel gave us credit for one night. The best thing about hotel is the staff. They made reception happen for the wedding. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.”
