“Room was very clean and everything was perfectly functional. The outdoor gas fireplaces were enjoyable in the evening. The included breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of items and the coffee was outstanding.”

“Very clean room and property. Breakfast was hot and a wide variety. Coffee was offered 24/7 in the lobby, as well as a free pool table, and board games. The staff was super friendly and helpful.”

“A nice place to stay in Allendale while visiting family. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was good - especially the waffle machine. Not much fruit, but plenty of bagels & muffins, and the coffee was good. The indoor pool looked well maintained and attractive although we did not actually use it. Pleasant staff. We will stay there again next time we go to visit family.”

“ Beautifully landscaped, felt more private than it probably was, rooms were small (we had two queen sized beds, so I’m sure that’s part of it) and the bathroom was even smaller but clean!! Beds and pillows are definitely above average. Check in was a breeze. Very, very quiet which was particularly important to me. I appreciate the assigned parking spots. The only thing I wish were different is being able to get coffee before 9:00 am. ”

“The room and facilities were fine but service was terrible. We went for breakfast that we had paid for 15 mins prior to closing we entered at 945a. We were told we could only get to go breakfast (Apparently their kitchen stops making 10 mins before 10a) which was acceptable to us but what we didn't expect was not getting part of our order. We asked for pancakes for our kids and were assured its being made and when I asked that it wasn't in the bag he said you shouldn't have come 15 mins before……

“ there could have been a bigger selection of food for breakfast like some scrambled eggs and bacon. the TV had a minimum of channels and there no instructions on use and no way to get some outside channels. I would say it was an ok stay for the price and location, however if th property wants to improve it needs to add more to it's amenities and breakfast”

“We liked the location and the home was clean however check in was not til 4 which is later than any property we have stayed in and out earliest. And there is an extra fee for every hour. When we requested esrly check in, we did not receive a responseand could not get instructions early eitherso by the time we could access them, we didntsignal wEarl”

“Very basic motel with no elevator. Front desk was helpful. No breakfast but clean”

“Although the room wasn’t huge for 2 beds, it was very nicely done. They thought about every issue you can have: storage, electrical plugs, etc. In our room, there was even a light in the bath overhead that acts like a nightlight. My cousin and I were very impressed. We were close to town but out to make it easy to take day trips elsewhere. I can see where it might be a little challenging to park in Saugatuck during season.”
