Great family vacation home

The house was very clean, and spacious. Our family was extremely comfortable in the home since it was well furnished and had a well stocked kitchen which made preparing meals easy. We were grateful to have such an easy space to spend time together and celebrate Thanksgiving. It was like home away from home!

Nice, but needs attention

Nice neighborhood. Close to beach. Property manager responsive, but attention is needed to cleanliness and general maintenance. What could have been a "great" family vacation ended up being a "good" family vacation.

Michigan Family Vacation

We had a great time exploring Holland and staying at this beautiful property. We rode bikes and hiked nearby at Mount Pisgah. Downtown Holland is about a 10 minute drive with lots of restaurants and shops to explore. We loved the mini golf course that was nearby and we went there twice. We also explored other towns like Grand Haven, Muskegon and Saugatuck which are all an easy drive from Holland. The communication with the property managers was excellent. Would recommend and stay here again.

Retreat

This is the best place we've ever rented. We were so comfortable with the whole property well furnished, decorated, equipped and pristine! Truly a home away from home but also the feeling of being on retreat and well taken care of. Just the restoration this ministry family needed. Any suggestions I might add would just be personal preferences, otherwise, the owner/company thought of everything. Thank you!

Nice home, well-equipped

We had a great stay at Chapel Point. The house was well equipped, and we appreciated the beach toys and bicycles for our use. There is a drawer in the kitchen that needs to be repaired. It falls off the hinges easily, and is dangerous especially for little ones. We drove back and forth to the beach, as it was about 1.25 miles each way.

Great house, 1 mile from tbe Beach and about 5 miles to downtown. Clean, plenty of space, slight annoyance was the hot water. You would have to run water for several minutes before it got hot, but that may be because property has a tankless hot water heater( I don't know for certain just a guess). This would not prevent us from going back, would definitely stay here agai.
