「We were going to an event at Turning Stone but the hotel rates were high. We found this property a short drive away and it was nice. We were comfortable watching TV and slept well. There was. Keurig so coffee was a breeze. We would stay again when we go back to Turning Stone.」

I must say it's a family friends place so I'll just call them myself for my next stay,and save the fifty buck cleaning fee that the owner doesn't get. they pay their own cleaners. sorry VRBO. 「Efficient room contained everything we needed in a lovely setting with special touches.Open bedroom, kitchenette and seating area opened with french doors onto a pretty garden.Location was just 15 minutes from family. Would have loved to shop in town if we had more time. Would come again.」

「Older home in what seemed like an iffy neighborhood (I have never been to Utica prior to this trip so do not know the areas at all just going by how it appeared to me). 「It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again.」
