Little House in the Low Country!

Hollis House is perfectly situated so you can get away, but not too far away! Whether you're here to enjoy all Savannah has to offer, visit Georgia Southern University, looking for a remote work-from-home spot, or just enjoying some alone time this place has everything you need. There will be no neighbors in sight, but you'll probably spot a few deer and other wildlife. You can relax on the patio, gather around the firepit, take a walk in the woods (almost a mile of trails) or even drop a line in our fishing pond.

The kitchen has everything you need to fix home-cooked meals during your stay, including cookware and some pantry staples.

The bedroom has a queen bed with foam mattress, and the sectional sofa converts to a double.

Only 35 minutes to downtown Savannah, and 25 minutes to Georgia Southern University in Statesboro.

Cozy Cottage
The home had all we needed. A wonderful place to stay. Very Private. The only down side was the Bed Squeaked every time you moved. The owner responded quickly but were unable to fix it in the 6 days we stayed.We did receive a partial refund for our stay.The walking path,Fishing pond, Fire pit and Charcoal were an added bonus. The well water had no smell and tasted fine. I would stay here again.

A very peaceful and quiet place to get some rest and relaxation. We enjoyed walking the trails and fishing in the pond. Owners were very friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The property was clean and very well kept. We will definitely book here again!

Wonderful little cottage
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We were in the area for Georgia Southern family weekend, so it’s not that far but far enough for country living. The pond was an added bonus and gave us quality family time with our son. Thanks for sharing your beautiful little cottage . Wished we could have stayed longer.
