We had a great time at this holiday park! The location is super chill, just a short ride to the beach, which was awesome, I really appreciated the free WiFi, but it could've been a bit faster, The outdoor pool was nice, perfect for a cool dip after a day out exploring, The beds were comfy and the place was well-equipped, Overall, just a relaxing getaway with everything we needed! Would def come back

Wir denken, es macht einen Unterschied, ob ich von einer privaten Adresse aus buche oder eher anonym in der Masse unkontrolliert untergehend. Ameland ist eine wunderbare Insel. Vergleiche ich jedoch die Ausstattung der sog. Chalets treten wohlfühlende Unterschiede zutage. Wir denken, dass BELVILLA keine personellen Ressourcen bereitstellt diese feinen, im Erholungsurlaub jedoch entscheidenden Unterschiede aufzudecken und Gäste orientiert anzubieten. Rendite allein hilft nachhaltig nicht weiter.

Erholung nahe dem Strand

Für ein paar Tage ist das im Herbst oder Frühjahr eine schöne Unterkunft. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und der Wohnraum gemütlich. Die Betten sind sehr weich. Es könnte noch besser gereinigt sein. Schade, dass die Sauna nicht geöffnet war. Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Unser Chalet war schmutzig. Überall Hundehaare. Ein übler Hundeuringeruch im Schlafzimmer. Flecken (Urin???) auf den Matratzen und dem Bett. Wir baten um ein anderes Chalet oder zumindest um neue Herrinnen. Dies war nicht möglich, das einzige, was sie anbieten konnten, war eine zusätzliche Reinigung. Das machte einen gewissen Unterschied, aber der üble Hundegeruch blieb bestehen. Es war schrecklich.

Sehr schönes Reiseziel

Der Park ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten am Sandstrand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Auf der Terrasse gibt es ein Holzgestell, jedoch ist dort keinerlei Funktion erkennbar da es nicht überdacht ist, was bei schlechterer Witterung schade war. Leider konnte man daher auch keine Fahrräder unterstellen. Das Interieur war vollkommen ausreichend und modern. Wir fanden es etwas schade, dass kein richtiger Backofen vorhanden war, sondern eine Mikrowellen-Backofen-Kombination, welche von der adäquaten Benutzung für einen Laien nicht immer das gepanschte Ziel erreicht hat. Dies war jedoch nicht tragisch, da wir uns dann auf dem Herd (4 Gasherdplatten) etwas gekocht haben. Alles in Allem war es ein toller Urlaub.
