Dot’s hits the Spot

This home is a classic southern NC 1950’s oceanfront home!!! Everything you need and really enjoy all that Topsail has to offer. Clean, cozy and welcoming!!!

Perfect location! Perfect view! Perfect stay!

My family and I loved the stay at Dot's Spot. We woke to a beautiful sunrise and waves crashing just steps away. The home had essentials needed for our stay. The location of the home was just close enough to some attractions, yet just far enough to keep it quite. A great vacation, can't wait and hope to stay again next year.

Nice and cozy home ! Only thing is a beach access next to home, so a lot of traffic. Would recommend. Great time !

Great location for kids

We enjoyed our stay, very peaceful, and we loved how we could just walk out to the beach and sit on the back deck and listen to the waves at night. There’s so much to do for kids close by also. The house did get warm during the day, even with the AC running. It reached 83 degrees at one point. Thank God for the fans. It’s had a lot of upgrades but could still use a few more. No lighting on the back deck. I had to replace some light bulbs upon arrival. Stove, Refrigerator and some pieces of furniture could use an upgrade. Over all, it was a nice stay. Lewis Realty left us some essentials when we arrived and that was great. We’ll most likely be back!

Fun trip!

Simple home that has just about everything you need for a week at the beach. We had a great time here! Public beach walk is directly next to the house and a bit crowded on weekend days. Bring a laundry basket because you have to go outside to get to the laundry room and it would be easier with a basket.

Sweet house

This is a sweet little beach house. Not fancy but very comfortable and dog friendly. South Topsail is nice. Be prepared to drive about 6-7 miles to get to groceries etc. bc south end is a bit of a hike. But all in all great. This house is also right beside an access way, just FYI.

Great view and perfect location!

Dot’s Spot had everything we needed for our family vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessities for cooking at home and there was plenty of seating for everyone in our party. The best part about the rental was the convenient location to the beach and the wonderful view. The outdoor showers were also very convenient. We were overall very pleased with the rental!
