Aileen, we are very appreciative of your 5 star review and compliments on our cleanliness! We strive for our guests to be delighted by how exceptionally clean the property is kept! With regard to the hangers, you reserved one of our three ADA compliant suites and due to the larger ADA bathroom, they do not have closets. We do have quiet hours at our hotel in the suites and balconies and ask guest in the ground floor guest common area to be mindful of their level of noise. This is the first I heard of the cornhole bag sound traveling, and really appreciate the feedback and will address revising our quiet hours to include this game! We are happy to hear you report that you found our accommodations to be great James! Yes, the elevator installation has had significant delays, it did not keep up with the pace of construction and we now expect it to be fully operational by the end of July. Due to the elevator completion delay, we have not advertised our ADA rooms without the elevator status disclosure, but we do have three ADA suites which are identified by listing title as follows: 101 1st Floor Barefoot ADA, 102 1st Floor Low Tide ADA, and 103 1st Floor Sundown ADA. All 3 ADA suites have roll in showers, grab bars, and an ADA kitchen. Surf City does not charge a fee for beach access, but James, you are correct in pointing out that the beach access in front of our property (Access 12 - 520 N. Shore Dr.) is not wheelchair accessible; however, Access 13 located at 510 N. Shore Dr. is wheelchair accessible. Also of note, the Town of Surf City provides beach wheelchairs for a small, refundable deposit! They require you to reserve your wheelchair online at least 48 hours in advance, but not more than a month in advance so be sure to contact the Town of Surf City to reserve in advance!

Shawn, thank you for your patience during our Memorial Day grand opening weekend as we worked through the booking platform kinks. I am thankful that although it was inconvenient, we didn't cause you a delay in check in. I have addressed the communication and pet issue with Expedia and they said their records show that our property accurately does not allow pets. Since we had other expedia platform kinks, I made the exception for your pets when I learned you had them on site. I hope you enjoyed your time with your pups on the Island!
