Wonderful Beach House

The house was lovely! Clean, well-kept, close to the beach. The kids lived the community pool and the 4th floor balconies offered amazing views of the ocean! Definitely would recommend it to anyone!

Settle In

We had an awesome experience with Lewis Realty, they were very helpful and responsive. We absolutely loved the house Settle In. We loved having the pool right behind our rental and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for making meals. We will definitely use this realty company in the future.

So Nice !

This vacation home was lovely - just like the pictures ! Lots of stairs ! Am I really that out of shape ?! Great views of the ocean from the top two levels. The kitchen was amazing . Every thing I needed was there. Wish that a grill had been available to use and a hair dryer. We have stayed in several homes listed on VRBO and I have to give this high marks .

Perfect Beach Get-away

The house was terrific, exactly as listed. Gorgeous, quiet neighborhood just a short walk from a beautiful beach. We also enjoyed watching the sunset from the pier. Would definitely recommend this house to others and would love to return. Thanks!

Vacay 2019

Love the area and neighborhood. We were a little disappointed we had no access to a locked area for our personal property ie.. bikes ,chairs,beach carts, stroller etc. Had to request an iron and ironing board. Board was never received. Had to purchase a working coffee maker. Property manager did reimburse us. Overall cleanliness not good. Dustballs under furniture. Furniture surfaces dusty dirty windows ceiling fans that you can see dirt. Bathroom drawers with leftover hair and medicines. Exhaust fans loaded with dirt. We had no extra blankets. Only thin quilts on beds. When did they last get washed?No convenience hooks on doors for wet clothes, or place to have wet clothes. Lacking a mirror somewhere in facility other than bathroom. Where are the towel racks? Kitchen had plenty of silverware and cups and plates. Again, love the area. Have stayed in area for several years but will not rent this facility again. Thanks for the opportunity to share experience.

Off Season in the Best!

This lovely house became our home away from home for a month. The spring weather was incredible. We started in the upstairs suite but moved to the downstairs master because of the darker room and larger bathroom. Everything was immaculate and the decor was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some but I would have liked to have a larger Keurig and larger coffee cups.

Home was very clean and beautiful! Great decks; can see ocean from top 2 floors. Quick 1.5 block walk to the beach access. Have to check out the turtle hospital!

We enjoyed the Settle In. Enough room for everyone. Enjoyed the pool and short walk to beach. Beautiful views from the decks!! Mattresses were not very comfortable. Lots of stairs so just be aware for those who may have issues. Overall a good experience.

Enjoyed our time here

My family really enjoyed our stay here. House was very clean and well setup. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location. Close to beach and center of town. We enjoyed walking out on new pier. Our only complaint was lack of hot water for showers. No one took hot shower all week.

Lovely property

This home is warm, inviting, and very roomy. The furnishings are comfortable and in good shape, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Large decks on both sides of the house. The walk to the public beach access is very short, perhaps one block. Good sized and well maintained pool, though the deck could use a good cleaning. There are lots of stairs in this home, so I would not recommend it for handicapped or elderly people. Families with young children may want to bring two baby gates. I would not hesitate to book Settle In again.
