"Decent property that gets the job done. We were in town for a concert (one night stay), so all we need was a basic, clean place to stay. This checked those boxes. The rooms are dated and in need of a renno, but again, seemed clean. The interior of the property is a bit of a maze and it took a while to locate the ice machine. Decent free hot breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay again for a quick overnight."

"We loved our stay, we were in Raleigh for a week and it was in the middle of all the places we wanted to go, there’s multiple shops and dining places close enough to walk. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, our room was so humid it was leaving condensation on everything and making the floors slippery but maintenance very quickly brought us a dehumidifier when we brought it to their attention and that fixed the problem. The breakfast was pretty great for a free hotel breakfast and the staff was amazing, they were all kind and helpful, the housekeepers cleaned our room everyday and they had 24/7 coffee available which was awesome! The parking can be a little hard on the weekends but that’s to be expected. Overall we loved it and will be using BW+ as our hotel everytime we visit from here on out!"

"Great place to stay for a couple of days. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was nice and clean. Had a problem getting the button pulled up to get the shower to work, but finally got it working after some twisting and pulling to get it loosened up. Very close to the airport so there was some noise from planes flying in and out, but not a problem. The roof in the hallways leaked a couple doors down and when we left on our first day, the carpet was soaked and the ceiling tiles were partially in the floor, but things happen and I'm sure they will get it fixed."
