“Lovely home on a quiet street. Great yard with swingset for kids. The upstairs theater room is great for kids to hang out and interact while adults visited downstairs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Travis was very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions I had.”

“very conveniently located 0.7 miles from the Convention center - an easy walk on sidewalk and main roads. Some of the neighborhood further down the road was "sketchy" as my kids would say but we did not feel unsafe at any time. Backyard was nicely done with lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit and grill. Outside we could hear traffic and a few trains but not inside the house.”

“The stay was pleasant and peaceful. I was in town for a relativein the hospital, but it felt like I was on a mini vacation. I've heard of so many different nightmare stays with Premier hosts, so I was a bit Leary. She was wonderful and very attentive. The Cottage itself is so cozy and inviting. I am looking forward to staying again under better circumstances.”

“The house was well appointed, clean and had plenty of space. Communication with the owner was easy and she was quick to respond. The outside deck and screen room was covered in pollen, but this time of year that probably requires daily maintenance. We would not have been concerned coming back to the house quite late and finding another car in the driveway if we had known that the "in law suite" was also rented. However, it was irritating to be awakened at 11:15 pm on our 2nd night by noise……

“My 2-year-old grandson loved this place. Tons of outdoor spaces to run around in, climbing structures, and swings. Inside the entire upstairs was mostly geared towards young people and family time. The crib was a huge benefit...and the home being kid-friendly was a primary reason for choosing the house. With 2.5 bathrooms and five separate sleeping areas, there was space for all to be away from each other if desired. We were in town for a wedding and wanted a short drive time between the……

“I went to Raleigh to see my favorite band. The property was back off the main road so there was some privacy but everything you’d need was within 10 minutes or less. It was a cozy tiny little studio but if you’re by yourself or even with 1 other person, it’s comfortable for a couple nights. I’d stay here again. It was quiet, I slept in a Murphy bed for the first time ever so that was cool & overall, it was a great stay with great vibes. Nobody bothered me. I had no worries.”
