“This is a restored house out in the country, a very peaceful setting with a beautiful garden. The room was clean and bed comfortable. It is owned by a man from California who didn't introduce himself until the morning we were leaving. His wife showed us to our room with very minimal introduction. There was really no place to open a suitcase or store anything outside the suitcase in terms of shelves. There was a closet but it only had 2 or 3 hangers and again no place to put our things. “Wonderful views, lovely walking paths through the fields to the water and near the very friendly donkeys. Chairs set up to view the quiet valley ... the entire property and house were very clean. private bedrooms, shared living room for casual reading . bathroom was small but functional , beds were comfortable.. host was very kind nice sized town wasn't far away for dinner or drinks.. Lovely ”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ballindrum Farm. My room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a beautiful view. Mary (the owner) was very welcoming and even drove me to town because I didn't have a car. To top it off, guests are allowed to watch the cows being milked every day from a viewing gallery (yes, Ballindrum is also a working dairy farm). I highly recommend it.”
