“We checked in on Friday last week. The checkin was ok. The apartment was not clean as it should be. To go down to the lobby we were waiting everyday 45 minutes. Most of the time we took the stairs. When we asked why the elevator are not working they answered that they are going to fix it… never happened. My mom is 85 years old and she had to wait or to take the stairs. The coffee maker wasn’t working the hostess ask me to send a picture I told him that it doesn’t work he never came back to me.……

“The unit was nice and in good condition. Several electrical outlets did not work. In the bedroom, out of three lamps, only one worked. One didn’t work at all, and the third only worked sometimes. The kitchen was very clean when we arrived. The view is very nice.”
