荷里活塞米諾爾保護區共管公寓

「I did not like all the hidden cost. Was charged twice for parking, contact the bank to dispute. The property ran out of Towels, was not able to get face cloths for the entire trip, hod to use large towels. The building as large as it was only had two elevators. My 49th wedding anniversary and it was horrible. Had to apologize to wife not seeing all the misleading.」

「Loved this property! The beach was right there and the staff were amazing!」

「It was a private unit therefore the check in had to be with a host and I it was made clear in the reservation at all. I went in and had to wait for a host to come in and check me in. the room windows were not clean as well as the balcony door handlewas broken. The balcony it self was really dirty and I was not able to use it. The apartment it self was okay put together although the towels were stained.」

「Loved itv」

「Facility and staff and room were great. Including great shower water pressure and very comfortable beds and pillows. Very modern and fresh. Everything was as advertised except the price. Be ready for additional charges once you arrive at the hotel. There is a security deposit which will be refunded which I’m cool with, but there was not a small resort fee that will not be refunded that I was unaware of. So keep that in mind when looking at the price. This place is still worth the additional cost...

「The lights didn’t work in half the room, the balcony door was locked and i wasnt able to access it. And the jets in the bathtub didnt work, the control pannel had no features.」

「Amazing view. Beds were very comfortable.」

「The air conditioning works well!」

「Clean apartment host was 10/10 pool was good super convenient everything was super close」

「The condo was in a great location. Could walk to the boardwalk across the street, had a fantastic sushi restaurant right down stairs and the train was right next to the building. Owner was helpful with any and all of my questions, he really out did himself. Condo was cold, clean and had everything you need, they even put bottle water in the fridge for you.」

「Good option」

「Elevators was always a ride. Felt like it always 10 minutes to get up to our room. The hotel room itself was exactly as pictured. But there was a few things that we noticed was broken and or stained upon arrival. Thank God I took a video tour of the room when we finally got in. Because the owner tried to blame us for a burn mark in the masters bedroom on suite bathroom. Even tried to argue with me with one singular message response per day, drawn out for over a week. Even with me responding...

「Decent room rate but unfortunately the quality of the room is reflective of this」

「The place was incredible, very clean, and had a great view! Place was described as is. The only negative was the wait for the elevator, but everything else was fantastic!」
