The rooms and property are pristinely clean and it’s very quiet and peaceful though only two blocks from Hollywood Blvd. Super safe hotel and stunning art deco decor. I’m definitely staying here again!”

“Easy check in, friendly staff, free parking, 2 free complimentary waters, luggage cart readily available, room was clean and already cool, walk in closet with in-room safe, big bathroom with ceiling rainshower, bathrobes for use, toilet paper fan design for special effect, decent size fridge, daughter and I both slept great, room was quiet, FREE shuttle TO AND FROM Universal on the hour and friendly engaging drivers *who even turned back for me once when I forgot my wallet! Called down for food……

Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
