「We had no idea how to check in. After walking around for almost 30 mins we finally found someone who stayed there and were told everything was online. I don’t understand why that information wasn’t emailed after booking . The amenities around was what made the hotel nice. But around 5am idk if there was construction but you can hear absolutely everything that was going on outside. No one could get any sleep after that. Car alarms were going off. People talking downstairs . It was very upsetting...
