「This was by far the worst vacation and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were okay and seemed fairly new, but the towels were extremely limited, and the same went for the toilet paper. When we arrived, there was a large water leak right in the middle of the entrance area. However, that wasn’t even the worst part. There are stairs everywhere and no elevator. 「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」

「Mi opinión sincera , al llegar todos son muy amables, las instalaciones cómo habitaciones, baños agua emposada en al bañera, ascensores, sin aire acondicionado,baños de áreas comunes deterioradas viejas falta de mantenimiento los camastros del área de la playa la mayoría sucios, algunas toallas rotas y en el mal estado, si uno va pagar casi 600$ por noche uno quiere estar cómodo desde que llega y sentirse tranquilo eso me hizo sentir incómoda y no a gusto…」
