"We were in town for my daughter’s medical procedure so we spent most of the time at the hospital. But the room was very nice, beds were comfortable, staff was helpful. My wife and I are already talking about going back to enjoy the rest of the amenities. Overall, great place to stay."

"Great location to the Metrorail to take us to the rodeo with no hassles. Also wonderful location to walk around the neighborhood/park. Beds were comfortable. However, staff in restaurant and bar were lacking. Extremely rude when we asked for coffee or latte or even an extra set of silverware :( decor is cool though."

"Advertising says THREE restaurants, there is only ONE. The original restaurant closed after 3 months. Coffee bar in the lobby has minimal options."

"The Clerk at the front desk was very RUDE . When he spoke to me. I ask for assistance making a phone call and the clerk said the call would not go through. The room was clean, how I could tell was when I took my shoes off and walked to the bathroom. Before putting on my flip flops my socks were still white. Don’t know what was going on with the bed every time you sat on it . Or got in the bed to lay down. The bed made a loud sound . Housekeeping came by both days I stayed and asked if my room needed to be cleaned. I informed the staff I did not need their services at the time. I was unable to watch TV . Not sure if I needed to access the WiFi password. For some reason I couldn’t get it to go through. Oh on the morning when checking out I found the was some free breakfast items offered. But would have been to be informed by the RUDE Clerk at the front desk . Upon my arrival that there were some breakfast items were offered in the morning. After I did booked a 3 night stay at this establishment."

"The check in was awesome. We got there a little early and were able to find the front easily due to the addition info provided. It made finding everything super simple. We were greeted by David and Tiffany. They were so sweet and helpful. Tiffany definitely went above and beyond helping us and showing us around and how everything worked. She definitely loves what she does and that was our first impression of the whole place. We got up to the room and it was clean and had everything we’d need for our stay. The view was amazing. The pool was clean and quiet. We will definitely be back and booked again for our next staycation. Highly recommend."

"We were there for my wife’s annual cardiology check up. We ran into a problem that resulted in her hospitalization and an unplanned extension. I contacted the staff and they were very supportive and proactive in setting an additional stay at reasonable rates."
