「This VRBO was great for my daughter and I. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which I fell is hard to find. The place was very clean, and the surrounding nature, and foliage was absolutely beautiful! Yes, the frogs are loud, but you are in paradise! We used a nature sounds app on our phone and it worked perfectly to drown out the frogs. 「A great deal and situated on Alicia drive south of the Kailua-Kona nightlife district. The place was clean and comfortable and very attractively priced. Definitely the Hawaiian Hale experience! The landlord was very nice and obviously invested in our having a pleasant stay. To access the unit younger to climb a stairwell - don't rent this unit if you are unable to handle stairwells or have small (mobile not babies!) children. Perfect for a couple! "staffs were nice and helpful. But the hotel itself was old, bedding was clean but too small couldn’t fit the king size bed. The room has very poor soundproofing, and noises from the hallway can be clearly heard. The facilities are outdated and do not justify the $400+ per night rate."
