"Good comms with host, check-in was easy, it just wasn’t my favorite neighborhood to be in… apartment was clean but underwhelming in terms of quality (bed and couch were quite stiff, laminate on flooring felt uneven). I think the photos made the apartment look better than it was."

"We never got this place that we first reserved. We were asked if we would mind changing to another property because the tenant wanted to overstay their reservation. Trying to be nice, we agreed. But where we ended up had extremely noisy jackhammering and repaving work going on for two days. So, we had to park blocks away from the site. At night, the upstairs tenant noise also kept us awake. Our floors were extremely creaky and the bathroom tub drain was so stopped up that we had to shower up to our ankles in gunk. When we complained to the property manager we were basically told to try to fix it ourselves. Sorry, but I didn't sign up to be your plumber. Then, when checking out, they expected us to empty the trash cans, bring the garbage out to the street, wash the dishes, and wash the towels. If they hadn't provided a nice kitchen and beds, I would rate this stay one star."
